The client–a globally popular and powerful health and wellbeing brand with nearly 100 million annual users.

The challenge–website audience numbers were strong but declining. They were becoming increasingly reliant on paid channels to maintain audience numbers whilst losing ground in organic results.

The fix–I conducted an SEO audit that uncovered both technical and non-technical issues. I also found content gaps, competitor gaps and other content-focused SEO opportunities.

I worked with both the development and marketing teams to quickly implement long-term fixes.

I didn’t stop there. I also created quick and easy processes to continually monitor, report on and optimise search engine visibility, leading to lasting efficiencies and audience growth.

The results–organic YoY growth went from -30% to +50% in just six months.

These amazing results also directly led to a 40% decrease in paid media spend.
